Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
Tuna
  • 1 can tuna drained
Vegetables
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1 cup red bell pepper diced
  • ½ cup red onion diced
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mustard optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Mix Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, drained tuna, diced celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
Add Dressing
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Pour over the pasta mixture and stir until well combined.
Chill and Serve
  1. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
