  • 4 oz fresh salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup cooked jasmine rice
  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it. Brush generously with teriyaki sauce.
  3. Bake for 12-15 minutes or grill for 5-7 minutes per side until the salmon is flaky.
  4. Serve the cooked jasmine rice as a base in serving bowls or plates.
  5. Slice the avocado and arrange it over the rice.
  6. Top with the teriyaki-glazed salmon and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
