Ingredients
  

Fruit Mixture
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh watermelon cubed
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves for garnish
Liquid Base
  • 4 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice about 4 limes
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup, optional

Method
 

Prepare the Fruit
  1. In a pitcher, combine the sliced strawberries, blueberries, and cubed watermelon.
Mix the Drink
  1. Add the fresh lime juice and honey to the pitcher, stirring well to combine.
  2. Pour in the sparkling water and gently stir to mix without losing carbonation.
Serve
  1. Fill glasses with ice and pour the mocktail over the ice.
  2. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and additional fruit slices if desired.
