Preparation
- Cut the cauliflower into florets, approximately 4 cups.
- In a bowl, combine the milk and all-purpose flour to create a batter.
- Add garlic powder, cumin, paprika or chili powder, salt, and ground pepper to the batter, mixing well.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated.
- Roll the coated florets in panko breadcrumbs until evenly covered.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Carefully place the cauliflower wings into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 25 minutes.
Sauce Preparation
- In a separate bowl, mix honey, sriracha, and ketchup to create the sauce.
- Once the wings are cooked, toss them in the sauce until fully coated.
- Optionally, sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
