Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 lb chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha adjust for spice level
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper cut into squares any color
  • 1 onion cut into squares
  • 1 zucchini sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 15 minutes to prevent burning.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread marinated chicken, bell pepper, onion, and zucchini onto skewers alternately.
  3. Grill skewers for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
Serving
  1. Remove skewers from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
  2. Serve with extra sriracha or your favorite dipping sauce.
