Cooking the Burgers
- Preheat the griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
- Place the ground beef balls on the griddle and use a spatula to smash them down into flat patties.
- Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges are crispy, then flip the patties.
- Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Assembling the Burgers
- Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
- Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
