Ingredients
  

Burger Patties
  • 1 pound Ground beef (80/20) Formed into 4 equal balls
Buns and Toppings
  • 4 pieces Burger buns Toasted
  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato Sliced
  • ½ cup Pickles Sliced
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • ¼ cup Mustard

Method
 

Cooking the Burgers
  1. Preheat the griddle over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. Place the ground beef balls on the griddle and use a spatula to smash them down into flat patties.
  3. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the edges are crispy, then flip the patties.
  4. Add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Assembling the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the griddle until golden brown.
  2. Place the cooked patties on the bottom half of each bun.
  3. Top with lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
  4. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
