Ingredients
  

Seafood
  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb snow crab legs
  • 1 lb mussels cleaned
Vegetables
  • 2 ears corn cut into halves
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 medium onion quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic smashed
Seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil. Add salt, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the baby potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes.
  3. Add the corn, onion, and garlic, and cook for another 5 minutes.
Cook the Seafood
  1. Add the shrimp, crab legs, and mussels to the pot. Cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink and the mussels have opened.
  2. Turn off the heat and let the seafood sit for a few minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve
  1. Carefully drain the pot using a colander and transfer the seafood and vegetables to a serving platter.
  2. Serve hot with extra lemon wedges and melted butter on the side.
