Ingredients
  

Bok Choy
  • 1 lb bok choy washed and chopped
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce low sodium preferred
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil for flavor
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped bok choy and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  4. Pour in soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir to combine. Cook for an additional minute.
  5. Season with black pepper to taste and serve hot.
