  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups roasted green chiles, chopped
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

  1. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
