Ingredients
  

Banana Bread
  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup sugar can reduce to ¾ cup for less sweetness
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
Banana Smoothie
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon optional
Banana Pancakes
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 medium ripe banana mashed
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted

Method
 

Banana Bread
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, and sugar.
  3. Add beaten eggs and vanilla extract, mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool before slicing.
Banana Smoothie
  1. In a blender, combine ripe bananas, milk, yogurt, honey, and cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately in glasses.
Banana Pancakes
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and mashed banana.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
  4. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
  5. Pour batter onto the pan and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm with syrup or fruit.
