Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
BBQ Sauce
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce Your favorite brand
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
Liquid
  • ½ cup chicken broth

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the BBQ sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the BBQ sauce mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add the chicken broth to the crock pot.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the crock pot and shred it using two forks.
  2. Return the shredded chicken to the crock pot and mix with the sauce.
  3. Serve on buns, over rice, or with your favorite sides.
