Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • ½ cup red bell pepper, diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
Seasoning
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and minced optional for heat

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Dice the fresh pineapple and mango into small pieces.
  2. Finely chop the red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
  3. Seed and mince the jalapeño if using.
Mix the Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  2. Add the lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
Serve
  1. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.
