Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 8 oz Pasta (e.g., rotini or penne) Uncooked
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil For coating
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper To taste
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and let it cool for a few minutes.
Season the Pasta
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Toss until evenly coated.
Bake the Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the seasoned pasta in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
  3. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
