Prepare the Walleye
- Pat the walleye fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook the Fish
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the walleye fillets and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
