Ingredients
  

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix 15.25 oz
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup cream cheese frosting
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine red velvet cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs until smooth.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let it cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into fine pieces in a large bowl. Mix in half of the cream cheese frosting until well combined.
  4. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate and return to the baking sheet to set.
