Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies (crushed)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate (milk or dark, melted)
  • 2 tablespoon Biscoff spread

Method
 

  1. Crush Biscoff cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cookie crumbs, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Biscoff spread until smooth.
  3. Roll the mixture into balls about 1 inch in diameter and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill truffles in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into melted chocolate to coat completely.
  6. Return to the baking sheet and let set at room temperature or refrigerate until hardened.
