Ingredients
  

For the Miso Glaze
  • 3 tablespoons white miso paste
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon skin-on or skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for cooking
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons scallions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Miso Glaze
  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the miso paste, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar until smooth.
Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon fillets on it.
  3. Drizzle the salmon with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spread the miso glaze evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
Bake the Salmon
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  2. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
Serve
  1. Garnish with sliced scallions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
