Miso Butter Sauce
  • 3 tablespoon white or yellow miso paste
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together miso paste, softened butter, honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and generously brush each with the miso butter sauce.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork. Broil for 1 minute at the end for added caramelization.
  5. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving and drizzle with remaining glaze.
