  • 1 cups heavy whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a rectangular baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs until frothy, then mix in the whole milk and mango puree.
  4. Gradually combine the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just blended.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Once slightly cooled, poke holes in the cake and soak it with a mixture of condensed milk and an additional cup of whole milk.
  7. Top generously with whipped cream before serving.
