Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons raw honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.
  3. Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl and pour the sauce over them. Toss well to coat.
  4. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes until they are golden brown and caramelized, tossing halfway through.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with any remaining sauce from the pan before serving.

Notes
