Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ¼ cup Corn Syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin
  • ½ cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar for dusting
  • Food Coloring a few drops

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine granulated sugar, corn syrup, gelatin, and water.
  2. Heat the mixture gently until the sugar and gelatin dissolve completely.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and food coloring.
  4. Pour the mixture into a prepared pan and let it cool.
  5. Once set, use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out marshmallows.
  6. Dust the marshmallows with powdered sugar to prevent sticking.
