Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 2 cups shaved ice
  • 1 cup sweetened red beans
  • 1 cup sweetened jackfruit
  • 1 cup sweetened banana
  • 1 cup jelly (agar-agar)
  • 1 cup coconut strips
Toppings
  • 1 cup leche flan cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup ube ice cream
  • 1 cup evaporated milk for drizzling

Method
 

Prepare the Base
  1. In a serving glass, layer the sweetened red beans, jackfruit, banana, jelly, and coconut strips.
  2. Add a generous amount of shaved ice on top of the layered ingredients.
Add Toppings
  1. Top the shaved ice with leche flan pieces and a scoop of ube ice cream.
  2. Drizzle evaporated milk over the top before serving.
Serve
  1. Serve immediately with a spoon and enjoy the mix of flavors and textures.
