- Prepare ingredients by chopping chicken into bite-sized pieces, mincing garlic, slicing bell peppers, and chopping green onions.
- Cook lo mein noodles in salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and toss with sesame oil.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- Push chicken to one side, add garlic, bell peppers, and half of the green onions; sauté for a few minutes until softened.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch-water mixture, and remaining sesame oil in a bowl. Pour over chicken and veggies.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet; toss everything together until well coated in sauce.
