  • 4 to 6 cups broccoli florets
Seasonings and Condiments
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary
  • salt to taste
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 whole lemon halved
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Arrange the salmon and broccoli florets on a baking sheet.
Making Garlic Butter Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, brown sugar, oregano, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Pour the garlic butter mixture over the salmon and broccoli.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice over the dish and place lemon halves on the baking sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  2. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
