Ingredients
  

Buffalo Chicken Dip
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup hot sauce such as Frank's RedHot
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Stuffed Jalapeños
  • 12 pieces jalapeños halved and seeded
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheese such as cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup cooked bacon crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Mini Meatballs
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg large
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce for glazing

Method
 

Buffalo Chicken Dip
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, hot sauce, ranch dressing, and cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly. Serve with tortilla chips.
Stuffed Jalapeños
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheese, crumbled bacon, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture. Place on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes until the jalapeños are tender.
Mini Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, and Italian seasoning. Form into small meatballs.
  2. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Brush with BBQ sauce before serving.
