  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
Seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Sauce
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and lime juice.
  2. Add garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cilantro.
  3. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth and well combined.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
