  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Method
 

Preparation and Brining
  1. Wash and dry the pepperoncini, then slice them in half lengthwise.

  6. Once cooled slightly at room temperature, seal jars with lids and refrigerate for at least three days before enjoying.
