  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour

Method

  4. Stir in the melted chocolate mixture, followed by the vanilla extract and salt.
  5. Gently fold in the all-purpose flour until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared ramekins.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-14 minutes until the edges are firm, but the center is soft.
