- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Place a baking mat or parchment paper on a baking sheet and spray with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, brown sugar, yogurt, and apples. Mix well until the mixture is crumbly.
- Dust a work surface with flour and place the dough on top. Knead the dough about 15 times until it is combined and not sticking to your hand. If the dough is sticky, add more flour until it is no longer sticky.
- Divide the dough into 12 balls. Roll each ball into ropes that are about ¾ inch thick and join the ends to form bagels.
- Bake the bagels in the oven for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Melt the butter in a separate bowl.
- Remove the bagels from the oven, brush with butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Bake for another 5 minutes until the bagels are cooked through and lightly browned.
