  • 4 fillets Salmon (fresh, skinless)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil (or butter if preferred)
  • 1 cup Heavy cream for a decadent finish
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach or frozen, well-drained
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg adds warmth
  • 2 wedges Lemon for a zesty kick
