  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Method
