Ingredients
  

Corn Ribs
  • 4 ears corn husked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for brushing
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Corn
  1. Husk the corn and remove all silk. Cut each ear of corn into quarters lengthwise to create 'ribs'.
Season the Corn
  1. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the mixture generously over the corn ribs.
Grill the Corn
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the corn ribs on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until charred and tender.
Serve
  1. Remove from the grill, garnish with fresh cilantro, and serve hot.
