  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Toast pecans in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.

  4. Spoon dollops of caramel onto the parchment paper, place toasted pecans on top, and drizzle melted chocolate over each cluster.
  5. Sprinkle sea salt over the clusters before they set.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes until firm.
