Ingredients
  

Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (spaghetti or penne) Choose your favorite type.
Sauce
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes Halved.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil Extra virgin.
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil Chopped.
Garnish
  • ¼ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.

Method
 

Cook Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente.
Prepare Sauce
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add halved cherry tomatoes and cook for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Stir in chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Combine
  1. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the sauce. Toss to combine and heat through.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
