Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup sugar granulated
  • 2 large eggs beaten
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the sour cream, softened butter, and sugar to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  4. Add the beaten eggs and mix until incorporated.
Mixing Dry Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
