Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients
  • 3 medium ripe bananas mashed
  • cup butter melted
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Stir in the melted butter, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Mixing Dry Ingredients
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  2. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  3. Let the banana bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
